Sport Sleepover

My name is Sam and I'm 9 years old. I can't wait for the sleepover mom, what should I do, I said.
Ding dong! I opened the door. I saw my friends, Ryan, Mike, and James.What do you want to do?
I asked them. I want to play hockey in your basement, said James. So we played hockey in my
basement. Me and Ryan were on a team and James and Mike were on a team. My team had
the puck. I passed it to Ryan, Ryan tried to make a shot but Mike hit the puck in the goal.
We have one point! said Mike. Ryan had the puck. He passed it to me. But then James hit the puck into the goal again. Yes! We win! said James. Good game, I said. Then dinner was ready. We had
chicken noodle soup. Next we wanted to play football. So we had to clean up all the hockey stuff.
Me and Mike were on a team and Ryan and James were on a team. Ryan's team had the the ball.
He passed it to James. Then Mike tackled James and he was out of bounds. Mike had the ball.
I was wide open. Mike passed it to me. Then I made a touchdown. We were in the lead, 1 to 0.
It's time to sleep! said mom. We slept in my room and saw football. Then we switched off
the TV and slept. It was next morning and all of us woke up. We had cereal for breakfast.
We still didn't finish the football game, said Mike. So after we ate our cereal we played our
football game. Ryan's team had the ball. Ryan tried to make a touchdown but it was too far for him to
run so he just had to pass it to James but Mike was blocking him. So he just had to pass it to me.
Then I ran to make a touchdown. It was 2 to 0. It was lunchtime and we ate pizza. I won a game two
times, said Mike. Mike is the best in all of us at sports, said Ryan. We were going to play basketball
next but we were going to buy a toy! YAY! We went to Toysrus to buy our toy. James got Chess,
Mike got Lego chima, and Ryan got a Transformer toy. Then we were all done shopping and it was
time to go home. Bye, I said to my friends.
